Moreno Valley's Fleet Management Earns National Recognition for Excellence

Moreno Valley has achieved national acclaim for its exceptional fleet management practices.

The City was honored as a Notable Fleet at the 2025 Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) held in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This distinction places Moreno Valley among a select group of agencies recognized for their outstanding performance in fleet operations.

Mayor Ulises Cabrera expressed pride in the fleet team's accomplishments, stating, "This recognition highlights our commitment to the road ahead, with an unwavering focus on strategies that promote sustainability and responsible growth."

The awards program, produced in partnership with the American Public Works Association and sponsored by Ford Pro, celebrates top operations nationwide based on leadership, efficiency, vision, and community impact.

While only 50 fleets made the official "Leading Fleets" list, Moreno Valley was among the few highlighted as an honorable mention, thanks to its outstanding performance in planning, innovation, and overcoming challenges.
