Key accomplishments were showcased, including the city's 14th consecutive balanced budget, underscoring its commitment to economic development and fiscal responsibility.
Significant public safety initiatives were also discussed, such as the approval of Measure U, which funds additional deputies and firefighters to enhance community safety.
Infrastructure improvements took center stage with the completion of Phase Three of the Pavement Rehabilitation Program, investing over $60 million in local roads.
The city also celebrated the unveiling of "Harmony in the Valley," the region's first augmented reality mural, reflecting Moreno Valley's commitment to cultural enrichment and community engagement.
