Moreno Valley Vikings Edge Vista del Lago Ravens in Thrilling 30-27 Victory

In a nail-biting showdown on Thursday night, the Moreno Valley Vikings clinched a 30-27 victory over the Vista del Lago Ravens, marking their first win on the Ravens' turf since November 1, 2019.

 

Senior quarterback Syree Matthews delivered an exceptional performance, throwing for 113 yards and three touchdowns. He also showcased his versatility by rushing for 85 yards and adding another touchdown on just 12 carries.

 

Wide receiver Ricky Jaramillo was instrumental in the Vikings' offense, securing two crucial touchdowns in the fourth quarter that propelled the team to victory.

 

The Vikings' defense was formidable, recording three sacks during the game. Andrew Delatorre, Efrain Martinez, and Bryan Orozco each contributed a sack, disrupting the Ravens' offensive rhythm.
